One Holland Village Residences a mixed-development that successfully sold 92 out of 296 units launched. Jointly developed by Far East Organization with partners Sekisui House and Sino Group, the mixed-development had attracted numerous visitors over the preview sales began on 21 November 2019 and was publicly launched on 30 November 2019.
One Holland Village Residences comprises three theme. Sereen, a 34-storey tower with 248 residential units comprises of one, two and three-bedroom units; Leven, a low rise three-storey block with opening roof terrace that comprising a total of 21 two-bedroom units; and Quincy, the premium block of 28-storey with 27 residential apartments that comes with concierge services and private lift access.
The average prices launched for Sereen: $2,600 psf; Leven: $2,900 psf and Quincy: $3,200 psf. Among those units, Sereen’s one- and two-bedroom apartments are the most popular.
The take up rare are made up mostly Singaporeans of ninety percent, with the rest are permanent residents. Minority were the foreign buyers from countries such as US, South Korea and Norway.
